Assessments are online tools used to identify each person’s personality type in order to match the person with the type of environment most suitable for one’s interests, skills, and work values. There are different kinds of assessments available online; some free and others for money. One of the most commonly used tools is the John Holland’s Self-Directed Search which classifies people into six personality types. Determine which one of these personality types is closest to you:

| John Holland’s assessment tool called the Self-Directed and is available online by Assessment . We encourage you to take the online assessment to identify your interests, goals and talent. This 15 minutes test will give you a detailed report which will contain a three letter code like SAE or RSE called the RAISEC code or Holland code. (The cost $9.95 - This is not our cost, this website in independently operated by its owners.) There will be an inventory of occupations, fields of study and leisure areas relating to your Holland code. |

| Although the same assessment is available at no charge Free Assessment, but the report is not very detailed and there is no professional help to explain the results. Our recommendation is still the John Holland's assessment tool. |
