Our goal, insh’Allah, is to excel and enhance the Muslim cause so that all Muslims feel proud of their Islamic identity, and become well-informed and successful citizens while retaining the values of the pure Muhammadan (sawa) Islam-the only true Islam. These camps teach us about the lives of the Ahlul Bayt (AS) in a practical manner. In addition to having lectures, hands on activities and workshops enhance the learning environment.
 

Muslim Congress camps began in the established camps of local centers. Muslim Congress initially provided these events with partial funding, promotion, and ulema to lead the camps. Thereafter, a team of individuals set about working on an ideal camp. This work included requirements for campsites, activities, budgets, teams, bunk assignments and all other details needed to run a successful camp. These guidelines were then tested and improved upon.
